Terms of Service.

Introduction
Welcome to Sychnox (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our influencer marketing services, including collaborations, brand deals, and campaign management between brands and creators (collectively referred to as “Clients”). By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services
Sychnox acts as an intermediary marketing agency between brands and creators. Our services include:
- — Connecting verified brands with suitable creators.
- — Managing campaign planning, communication, and execution.
- — Handling payments, deliverables, and post-campaign reporting.
- — Ensuring fair collaboration between both parties.
Payment Terms
- — A 50% advance payment is required before campaign initiation.
- — The remaining 50% must be paid upon project completion and before the final delivery.
- — Sychnox charges a commission percentage (%) from both the brand and the creator on each confirmed deal.
- — All payments must be made only through official Sychnox-approved channels.
- — Any delay in payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
No Refund Policy
- • All payments made to Sychnox are strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances.
- • Once a campaign or collaboration has been initiated or confirmed, no refund will be issued, regardless of completion status, creator availability, or brand-side changes.
- • Refunds will not be provided for delays, miscommunication, or change of decision after payment.
- • By making payment to Sychnox, both the brand and creator agree to this no-refund policy in full.
Deliverables and Timelines
- — Deliverables (e.g., videos, posts, or campaigns) must be completed within agreed deadlines.
- — Any delay or change in scope must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours in advance.
- — Sychnox will assist in coordination but is not liable for delays caused by either party.
Responsibilities
Creators Must:
- — Follow campaign briefs and maintain high-quality, original content.
- — Avoid copyright infringement, false advertising, or unprofessional conduct.
- — Deliver content only after brand and agency approval when required.
Brands Must:
- — Provide clear campaign instructions and expectations before launch.
- — Not alter, reuse, or republish creator content beyond agreed usage terms.
Agency Rights
- — Sychnox reserves full rights to accept, deny, suspend, or terminate any project at its discretion.
- — We may adjust service fees or policies at any time with prior written notice.
- — Sychnox is not liable for disputes, delays, or damages caused by miscommunication between the brand and creator but may assist in fair mediation.
Confidentiality
All campaign data, communications, and agreements are confidential. No party may disclose or share such information without written consent from Sychnox or as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Sychnox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or reputation arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
Acceptance of Terms
By working with or making any payment to Sychnox, both brands and creators confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, including the No Refund Policy.
